Responsibilities
- Competent initial contact for our national and international customers by email, live chat and telephone
- Planning and coordination of worldwide service jobs
- Preparation of quotations and processing of spare parts and project orders in close coordination with the sales department
- Support for online orders via our online store
- Responsible processing of orders, invoices and reminder procedures for customers and suppliers
- Warehouse management, including dispatch and customs clearance
Qualifications
- Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification with a technical affinity
- Experience in sales or customer service as well as in dealing with customer service processes and systems (e.g. ticket systems, CRM software)
- Communicative personality with organisational skills, ability to work in a team, strong coordination skills and a friendly and responsible way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
