To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your field of activity:
  • Commissioning and servicing of ship automation systems
  • Fault analyses and troubleshooting via remote maintenance (also with AR glasses) or directly on the ships
  • Technical support via ticket system, live chat and phone
  • Independent preparation and follow-up of service calls
  • Parameterisation and testing of spare parts and complete systems
  • Participation in the creation of PLC controls (Siemens S7/TIA portal), process visualisation and EPLAN drawings desirable
Your profile:
  • Technical training in electrical engineering, automation technology, IT
    systems engineering, mechatronics or comparable
  • Experience in servicing ship operating systems desirable
  • Control knowledge of Siemens S7 and TIA Portal an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Driving licence (class B)
  • High motivation for technical tasks and ability to work independently
    way of working
  • Friendly demeanour, customer and service orientation and
    quality awareness
  • Time flexibility and willingness to travel
